What is your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy is that you must cancel or re-arrange an appointment with at least 48 hrs notice. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the booking value being taken from designated card (via Stripe) on cancellation. This includes but not limited to, no shows, cancellations, re-arranging appointments, showing up with children/pets or showing up more than 15 minutes late where we are unable to accommodate you and your treatment. If the appointment was booked in by us, this policy still applies but we might either take the 50% of booking value will be taken at your next appointment or continue to take 50% booking value via stripe.


What is your pets/Childrens Policy?

We love kids probably more than we love glitter (believe it or not) but unfortunately the salon doesn’t! When there are little people in the salon joining you for a pamper, the salon gets ‘The Fear’ – Breaks, spills, tears and stains! It’s all too much for it to handle. It is a very small salon room and we all worry they might touch something that are not intended for little ones to get their hands on. This could cause the aforementioned tears! (It’s some pretty strong products we use). We know you are all very attentive parents but kids are tricky to control without the use of your hands/body- We need you relaxed, comfortable and sat fairly still so that we can make you feel as good as you should! We don’t want you leaving with a wonky haircut or messy nails! So, we ask you kindly to leave your bundles of joy with another responsible adult for you to enjoy your own pamper time! You’ll thank us later!

Do you offer GIFT VOUCHERS?

Gift vouchers are available for any monetary value. A physical voucher can be purchased at the salon, please call us on 07817463916 to arrange purchase. Alternatively, you can purchase a voucher online here. Vouchers can make a great gift for your loved ones, friends or family. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments and/or products. Each gift voucher will be valid 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for monies.

Do i need a Patch/Skin Test?

YES! Absolutely. We simply will NOT perform any service on you that requires a patch test if you have not attended a patch test appointment!! It is a legal requirement for us to perform a patch test prior to appointment. We hear people say ‘But I’ve always had my hair dyed and I’ve never reacted!’ but that doesn’t mean you wont react, a patch test is to avoid a reaction for you and a court case for us. Please respect that you’ll need a patch test before we perform any treatment/service. There is a patch test form to complete – We will send this to you post patch test appointment.

Patch tests expire after 6 months if you’ve not had that treatment done within 6 months. You’ll need a patch test for every product we may use on you.

Where is your salon?

The salon is a quirky and modern room within a house with a full salon set up including hair basin, nail station, hair station and pedicure station so that you get the best salon experience.

Are there any age restrictions for treatments?

There are age restrictions, you’ll have to be 16 -18 with parental consent to have any treatments by us.

Are the products you use vegan friendly and cruelty free?

YES! Absolutely! All of our products used in treatments are vegan and cruelty free! We are proud to be the first vegan salon in Royal Wootton Bassett!

Are you eco-friendly?

Yes! We do our absolute best to choose eco-friendly options where possible. We recycle, reduce, reuse where possible, use LED lights, choose suppliers that reduce their packaging, plastic free products, washable-bamboo cotton rounds, reduce our chemical waste and more.

Are your products organic?

We use a brand called OWAY which stands for the Organic way, they are our suppliers for hair products. They’re all Organic and Bio-Dynamic. Oway uses green chemistry to create their products – please come in and ask for more information if you’re interested in this concept. The gel polish and all other beauty products are NOT organic.

Can I pay with card or cash?

Absolutely, we accept cash or cards – Visa, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Contactless Card Payments and Contactless Apple Pay or Android Pay.

We do not accept cheques (they’re so last century) or bank transfer (Unless otherwise agreed)
