All bookings must go through the online booking system. It will ask for a booking fee which will be 25% of the booking value. I ask for full payment on the day and this booking fee will be refunded to you after your appointment. I ask for at least 48hrs notice if you’re unable to attend your appointment – any notice less than 48hrs, the booking fee then becomes non-refundable. You may re-arrange your appointment once with at least 24hrs notice. Any rearrangements of appointments after the 24hr period will mean the booking fee becomes non refundable.
We love kids probably more than we love glitter (believe it or not) but unfortunately the salon doesn’t! When there are little people in the salon joining you for a pamper, the salon gets ‘The Fear’ – Breaks, spills, tears and stains! It’s all too much for it to handle. It is a very small salon room and we all worry they might touch something that are not intended for little ones to get their hands on. This could cause the aforementioned tears! (It’s some pretty strong products we use). We know you are all very attentive parents but kids are tricky to control without the use of your hands/body- We need you relaxed, comfortable and sat fairly still so that we can make you feel as good as you should! We don’t want you leaving with a wonky haircut or messy nails! So, we ask you kindly to leave your bundles of joy with another responsible adult for you to enjoy your own pamper time! You’ll thank me later!
Gift vouchers are available for any monetary value or any treatments. These can be purchased at our home salon location or via email. Vouchers can make a great gift for your loved ones, friends or family. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments and/or products. Each gift voucher will be valid 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for monies.
Please note; All customers will need a patch test before any tinting/colour service – This includes hair colouring and brow/lash tinting. Without a patch test, the service will not be carried out. I always try to make sure I contact any customer that has booked a tinting/colour service without a patch test 48hrs prior to their appointment, however, I am very busy and cannot always guarantee a reminder. If you turn up to your appointment without having a patch test, this will be classed as a missed appointment and therefore the booking fee will not be returned.
A patch test is needed to ensure you do not react with the product – if you have ever seen someone react to colour or tint, you will thank me for patch testing prior to your appointment. A patch test is valid for 6 months. If you go 6 months without a tinting or colouring service, another patch test will be required before we can proceed. Each brand of colour or tint will need to be patch tested for. Brow and Lash tint patch test will be a small amount of the product applied behind your ear. A hair colour patch test will be applied just below the crease (Inside) of your elbow and cannot be covered so please wear appropriate clothing. Thank you!
